Return And Refunds Policy

At Container Prod AU, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality and condition of every shipping container we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options.

This policy applies to all container purchases made directly through Container Prod AU.


2. 14 Days Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The container must be in the same condition as delivered.
  • The container must not have been modified, altered, or structurally changed.
  • The container must not show damage caused after delivery.
  • The return request must be submitted in writing to info@containerprodau.com within the 14 days window.

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be eligible for refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom-modified or specially ordered containers
  • Containers altered, welded, painted, or structurally modified after delivery
  • Containers damaged due to improper handling, relocation, or misuse
  • Clearance or final sale containers (if specified at purchase)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@containerprodau.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the container (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review your request.
  3. If approved, return pickup instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return transportation costs unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Major undisclosed structural defect
  • Delivery damage documented at arrival

Returns must be approved in writing by Container Prod AU before any pickup or shipment is scheduled. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


5. Inspection Upon Return

Once the container is returned to our facility at:

Our team will inspect the container to verify condition.

If the container does not meet return eligibility requirements, partial deductions may apply or the return may be denied.


6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after inspection and confirmation of eligibility.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please note:

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your container arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7-14 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue.
  • Do not modify or repair the container before contacting us.

Failure to report delivery issues within 7-14 days may affect eligibility for return or refund.


8. Cancellations Before Delivery

Orders may be canceled prior to delivery only if the container has not yet been dispatched. Once a container is in transit or delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@containerprodau.com


9. Limitation of Liability

Container Prod AU is not responsible for:

  • Site preparation issues
  • Permit or zoning complications
  • Improper placement conditions
  • Customer-arranged transportation damages

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site access and compliance with local regulations prior to delivery.
