Container Prod AU strives to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. This policy outlines the situations under which we will issue a refund for a shipping container purchase.
Refunds are granted in the following circumstances:
- Products Never Arrived: If your container is not delivered within the estimated timeframe and cannot be located, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price and any applicable delivery fees.
- Damaged on Arrival: If your container arrives damaged during transport, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement container, depending on your preference.
- Faulty Manufacturing or Defect: Our containers are built with quality materials and construction. However, if you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us. We will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, as covered under our warranty policy (see details on our Warranty page). If the defect is not covered under warranty, we will process a partial refund based on the assessed value of the container.
- Change of Mind (within return window): If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving the container, you may return it within 30 days, provided it remains unused and in its original condition. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply. A full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive a container that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct container to be delivered and pick up the incorrect one at no additional cost. A full refund will be processed using the original payment method.

To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (except for warranty claims) by phone at +61 489 925 033 or by email at info@containerprodau.com. We will ask for your order details and reason for requesting a refund.

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
