All orders are processed only after full payment has been received and successfully cleared. Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, our team begins processing your order promptly. This includes container inspection, scheduling logistics, and coordinating delivery with our transportation partners.
- Container Sales: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and preparation. This includes inspecting and ensuring the quality of the container.
- Customization Services: The processing time for container customization varies based on the complexity of your project. Our team will provide you with a customized timeline during the consultation phase
- Orders paid by credit card must be authorized and approved.
- Bank transfers must fully clear before scheduling delivery.
- Financing orders must be fully approved prior to processing.
Orders will not be dispatched or scheduled until funds have cleared. Customers will be contacted if additional information is required to ensure a smooth delivery
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframe
Container Prod AU offers nationwide shipping with an estimated delivery timeframe of:
5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation
Our logistics team will contact you prior to delivery to:

3. Delivery Method
Shipping Containers are typically delivered using tilt-bed or flatbed trucks, Crane placement (if required and arranged). The delivery method will depend on container size, site conditions, and accessibility.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery site is accessible for large trucks
- Level surface for placement
- Clear any obstacles prior to delivery
- Be present or designate a representative at the time of delivery (if required)
- Compliance with local zoning and placement regulations
Failure to meet site requirements may result in delays or additional delivery fees.
4. Inspection & Condition
All containers are inspected prior to dispatch and delivered in the condition described at the time of purchase.
Photos, specifications, and condition details are available upon request before delivery.
5. Delivery Location & Access
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the delivery location:
- Allows truck access
- Has sufficient turning radius
- Complies with local regulations or zoning requirements
Container Prod AU is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or improper site preparation.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Distance from our facility or supplier yard
- Container size and weight
- Delivery method required
All shipping costs will be clearly outlined during checkout and on your invoice prior to payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, Container Prod AU is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Carrier issues
- Force majeure events
- Government regulations
In the event of a delay, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon:
- Successful delivery and placement at the specified address, or
- Transfer to a third-party carrier arranged by the customer.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Inaccessible site
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
Additional transportation or storage fees may apply before rescheduling.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your container arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify the delivery driver immediately (if possible)
- Contact us within 7-14 days of delivery
